Statutory criteria for termination of parental rights are satisfied when: (1) parent fails to complete court approved treatment plan due to parent’s unwillingness to engage in treatment; and (2) past conduct dictates that the parent’s pattern of drug abuse is unlikely to change within a reasonable time.
